Lets Talk About Steps! "What are the first three steps in looking for a property?"
Step 1
Contact a Real Estate Agent! I know contacting a Real Estate Agent may seem like a big first step. However, there are no strings attached. When you contact a Friday Ranch Real Estate Agent, we first want to help new buyers understand the house buying process. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary information to help you decide what your next step may be.
Step 2
Fill out our Desired Property Form. If you are considering becoming a Friday Ranch Real Estate Client, you can fill out our Desired Property Form Below. In this form you will be able to specify the type of property you are searching for and what requirments you have for that property. Even if you havent signed a Buyer's Agency Agreement, this will help our team begin hunting for your dream property.
Step 3
Sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement. So you have decided to become apart of the Friday Family. Before we can offically label you as a client, we require you to sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement. Dont worry! This agreement doesn't cost a cent and is only in effect for the time in which you select! This agreement allows the Friday Ranch Real Estate Team to represent you in relation to purchasing a property.
